Would discount tire match this offer? Such a they would give $160 off on any tire? Sams club tire prices are way more

Just an FYI for those that were considering Sam's Club membership to get in on this tire deal and/or have never gotten tires there before, Sam's does NOT offer alignments, something that I think a lot of people do when getting new tires installed. I hadn't been a member in a few years and just got in on the $20 ($10 after gift card) membership because the tires I wanted were quite a bit cheaper her. Now I find that they dont do alignments and I'll have to take another chunk out of my day to have it done elsewhere (somewhere that will probably be mad I didn't buy my tires from them lol)

As long as tire wear is even, I don't bother with alignments unless I replace a suspension or steering part that affects an alignment angle.

With our roads here in Maine I need alignments all the time and generally when I know Ill be needing new tires within a year Ill hold of on an alignment til I get them.

These actually went up in price. I was going to purchase the Goodyear Assurance MaxLife 245/60R18 105H set of 4 for my Honda Pilot on Saturday. I sent a screenshot to my mechanic to see if it was a good deal. The total at that time was $794.98 for tires and installation package. Now it is coming up as $837.63...and this is with my Plus membership. Deal was better last week.


***Update***

My bad, the price I originally saw was during the sale. The second price was after the sale had ended and installation went to only $40 off.

Discount gave me 4 Pirelli scorpions all season 3 normally 960 out the door with this 160 off and sams club lower tire price got it 680 out the door
