Pokemon center is the offical pokemon store, so in theory there shouldn't be any authenticity issues or opened packages with missing items like when buying from a marketplace.

I've ordered from them before with no problem. These reviews are suspicious to me…Almost as if there could be some scare tactics to deter people from ordering. I dunno. I'm placing an order using PayPal so I know I'm protected if I get a damaged or opened product.
