Try opening the app, sometimes that helps.
Also, I heard that if they suspect you put false info, they will not send you surveys.
Well, my husband also claimed he hasn't gotten any surveys from them for months when he used to get them weekly so we thought maybe they stopped the program. Thanks for the info.
