Schools always put 2 of these on supply lists every year. Bought a few boxes. Enough to get my kid to graduation. 😂

These erasers are good if you want grey and pink smudges all over your paper. The Pentel Hi-Polymer erasers work much better.

Came here to say this

I grew up in the 80s. I had 95% of the eraser left, that my mother bought me in September, at the end of the school year

I can't imagine how long it would take to go through a 12 packs

Nice price on decent erasers that get the job done. The Pink Pearl is truly a classic, but I'm a big fan of thermoplastic rubber erasers like Pentel's Hi-Polymer line. Find me a sale on a package of those and I'll jump.

Good luck!

I know you can give away multiples to a class or several kids, but did people make enough mistakes in their childhood writing practice to ever use up an entire eraser? I don't mean losing one or having several in different locations, I mean just constantly using it until it was mostly gone... and yes, I'm not asking architects or something like that.

Yes. Just from normal doing homeworks and activities at school. Back in 20th century there were no computer aids. Everything was done by pencil and paper.

I sort of remember Japanese erasers were a thing in my school back then too. Apparently they were much better at doing what a eraser was supposed to do than the ones like this deal.

Elementary kids are known to destroy these things by drawing on them, poking holes, ripping them in pieces, etc.

A 12 pack might last a year or less for a family with 3 kids.

Last time I saw a deal for these, I was only sent a single eraser instead of a 12 pack. The company ended up refunding my money and letting me keep the 1 eraser, but I had to order another set.

People still use these awful paper destroyers?! The white flexible plastic ones are so much better.

Hear, hear! Staedtler also makes similar ones, just as good.
