To all the people responding to Laid2rest: He/she is trolling. Walmart didn't award him/her a $50 gc to report a possible price error, and then also not fix the error. He/she likely didn't even contact Walmart at all. Ignore the troll.


Addendum: Not everyone who got this deal was abusing it. I did 1 order for 2 @ 2:37am EST/11:37pm PST. Thought doing more might increase odds of cancellation. Took almost 7hrs, but I was surprised to find I got them this morning.

If you got cancelled because of fraud prevention, you can try contacting customer service to see if they can issue you a discount code for a future order for the inconvenience. Be polite and kind. YMMV.

Ordered 2 using Discover card. Got a confirmation email. But no cards yet. 🤔

Update: the order actually filled. 20 mins after submitting order, got 2 codes.

Update 2: successfully redeemed 2 codes and added to account. Now I can finally go to bed.

i called them. because person in chat told me to call. So no chat logs.
I asked the agent on call to confirm if he documented about the price match. He said yes, dont worry about it. Actually it seems he did not.

You cannot price match this. It's price mistakes, not selling at this price. They probably can outright cancel your order without question so it's just depend on our luck.

I just tried my luck with them. Their stupid security system flagged my orders even though i used same phone and same card I use regularly with walmart

I ordered one and was canceled on Dec 4, I called them the same day and they at least could give a discount for the issue and discounted 40 bucks. Better that than nothing else.

Ok guys and gals, IF u received an emailed with cancelation reason stating for unusual activity, like I did, I called and complained to customer service, for 3 days, well 3 calls, one each day and they allowed me to replace the order at the full price of $200x2, for $400 total and they did a price adjustment and refunded my Amex $113.82,,, already received my gift cards.... my complaint was There was never any unusual activity which THEIR system generated, and for this reason I missed out on the sale but not my friend. Make sure you use your old canceled order number for price adjustments. Hope you all can still get them. Don't give up. It took me a call each day and just got them. Thanks OP. 😊

but what did you say each time? did you just call customer service like you never called them 24 hours ago and complain again?
