This is not what I need, but I am happy to see Walmart has recently taken on Amazon for competition. This is a good news for consumers like us.

I fully agree. Amazon in the last year or so prices have actually been getting high on small items similar to this. I am quite amazed at how far Walmart is going to compete. They shipped so many individual boxes in one order that they are absolutely spending more than they are profiting, but you must invest to win. The 90 day trial Walmart plus membership is helping me get all my Christmas shopping done. Truth is I may end up actually joining that membership depending how things keep going with their deals moving forward

I like Hyper Tough tools. I know they are hyper not tough, but they allow me to have every piece of tools without drain my wallet.
What I do is getting smaller set of good quality PH2 and T25 bits and then a big set of hyper tough.

Are these like "this is going to break very quickly" quality? I don't need a bunch of garage I'm going to end up ruining after 5 uses, but obviously the pricing here is very attractive... Is this a good buy or are there other similar ones I should be looking at for a bit more that are a bit better quality?

No. These are hand tools so you won't be able to use it with your drill.

This is the third deal like this I've gotten. Upgrade to my outdated hodge podge of tools I have now. I'm hopeful, and worst case I can return to my local Walmart.

So I see this has more options then this one.. but am still not sure if the screw heads on this one will cover all basic furniture assembly?

This is the other option I'm considering:

Here's a few things with the Wal-Mart+... I do enjoy that I have no minimum purchase so on one of their early access days I made several purchases. They were all for shipping however the next day I LITERALLY had 29 hand deliveries. One was a single pop-socket!
I've never used it for groceries because anytime I try there are no time slots. I do use Shipt often from Target (plus can get in-store only clearance).
As for the Wal-Mart+ membership... Odd story... I too signed up last year for the free trial for the holidays. Being that I always forget to cancel free trials I used a child support debit card that never has money lol. Well come February I realized I still had the membership! According to Wal-Mart it's good until January however I double and triple checked the card... They were never paid!

i have a hypertough mini tool set i've been using since 2010 or so. it's outlived assembling 2 bikes and various household hobbies. the flatheads are worthless though
