Ordered 2 for instore pick up as well but never receive any update on the status after 7 hours so I called the support number and they said it for shipping to the store and estimated ship date is December 13...... Hopefully it will actually ship out..

Edit: both order got canceled because they couldn't verify the order come from me.....

My order is confirmed with AT&T, but the last time I tried ordering cases (earlier this year) it was cancelled because they couldn't verify my identity or some BS. So.. thankfully my AirPods orders went through!

And yes, store pick up at AT&T is a cluster F. I did it once and will never do it again. I had to wait and wait (no one was in the store either), then they couldn't figure out how to ring me out. They asked for my AT&T Wireless # to pull up my order and I told them I'm not a customer so I didn't provide one. I guess their POS system is just not great. Either way, definitely stick to online with AT&T for shipping.

More cancellations. I'm telling you guys you have to be a customer to buy and pick up in store. If not you have to go in store or else 7 hours later it just gets cancelled. This is confirmed by a store associate

Both online orders to be picked up in the store got canceled (I am not an At&t customer, so I checked out as a guest.).
I went to the store, which they had in stock, so I purchased them as two separate orders to score BOA $75 offer.

AT&T customer here. Ordered while signed in, just had my order cancelled. Would only allow store pickup, said it was in stock. Cancelled because they "couldn't verify the order came from me."
