Super good deal especially if you can combine with the Chase $75 cash back offer. I ordered two in separate orders = $160 - 75 cash back = $85 for two sets of AirPods. The AT&T cash back offer is on my Freedom card.

Got mine today by UPS -- model number MV7N2AM/A so its 2nd Gen

Had ATT offer on my Citi Double Cash card under Merchant Offers (spend $60 at ATT and get $100 back) -- didn't find anything worth buying last month so I'm glad I waited to use the offer
