Amazon price matches? Never from my experience.
Yep, one time I bought a monitor from Amazon, then the next day Newegg had a sale and it was $25 less. I chatted w/Amazon and they credited my account the $25. So, in effect, that was a price match.

Argh! I usually try retailmenot.com before purchase but didn't this time. So I overpaid by like $24. I guess I'll reorder and then cancel the first order tomorrow morning when customer service opens! Thanks for the reminder about checking retailmenot and honey!

Yep, I think that is why I didn't try it this time. The one time I don't I miss out on $24 savings! Anyway I checked the FAQ for instanthome.com and they say "orders can't be cancelled so we may fulfill our shipping timelines." Odd. So, I filled out the support form for customer service and asked them to apply the $24 credit to my order. I also included a screenshot of the coupon applied and the item in my cart, so they can see that it is a valid coupon. We'll see how it goes!

This name.brand one vs. Best Buy Insignia, which is better? There is a video on YouTube, they are probably made in the same factory in China as the reviewer said. What's your thoughts?

I am partial to the original, since it's inventor Robert Wang seems pretty cool. Smilie
