I prefer the Instant Pot as it comes with the stainless steel pot. I have had one for over 18 months and it works great. Never had any issues with it. It cleans fine. I say go with the name brand, Instant Pot. With the coupon code 521974, you could get two 6-qt instant pots with free shipping for ~$76 (price may vary a bit depending on sales tax in your state). That works out to $38 per pot! So keep one for yourself and give the second one as a gift. Have fun!

Regardless, your experience is very unusual. For a few years now amazon has had a very strict policy of no price adjustments, even to match their own price a day later. You'd normally have to return and rebuy to get the new price.
As for price *matching*, my understanding is that price match requests can be passively submitted to Amazon. Then it's the waiting game to see if price match happens. They want to be competitive with pricing but not at a loss (e.g. deep clearance limited stock items or price mistakes).
Anyway this does seem like a great deal and unlikely to be price matched.
