It has been this price at Home Depot and Amazon for close to a month so I guess they ran out of stock.

I've noticed it happening with quite a few things lately.
I've noticed it happening with quite a few things lately.
In general if you are sanding drywall mud then do it by hand or pole. This would tear though the mud in seconds making you have to mud the seam again.
They do make some power potions for this but they have much bigger pad to distribute the sanding and a dust collection system.
the title should be updated
for example this includes the drill & I think a few other 20V options...
