I bought this BF a couple weeks ago. Works great. First couple times it was real quite too. Recently it started making a loud whining noise like a typical shopvac. I have no clue why. But it is sturdy and I would def buy again.

I bought one of these a year or so ago when it was on sale. Works well but be forewarned that it is very thin and very low grade stainless as mine is rusting.

I got two of these during BF deals. Works great as a DIY wall vac with Amazon Centec (twice the cost of the vac) 50' hose extension. Only thing is that the exhaust smells of burnt electrical board when initially using it out the box. Both the vacs have this.

Looks like I got a xmas gift to cross off the list.
I really want to buy one for my self but my ShopVac just will not die. I leave it under my deck uncovered and leave dirty water inside and it never rusts and the motor squeals loudly some times but it still works.

How do shop vac manufacturers get away with blatant lies about motor power. This thing is not 5HP. The description says 5HP† but the footnote to explain their misinformation is conveniently missing. To be clear it's not just Walmart that does this, but pretty much all shop vac manufacturers.

how is it compare to the one that was 65. I ordered that and its coming in the mail. I don't think I would have a lot of need for something like this but wanted to have one in case I ever needed it. Thats why I am asking if I should stay with the 65 one or get this instead?
