Such a stupid policy, you can't cancel order on website. If I call it says "257 people ahead of you, please use chat option"
When I use chat option it says "all agents are busy, please call us"

So called big company !!

- you cant even cancel using Chat bot as well, it says ordernis not yet shipped. so they want you to ship first and then cancel. what a waste of resources.
