It took 5 days Columbia to ship my item. Now I ordered a boot, 48 hours passed still not shipped. I will try to avoid their webpage and shop from physical stores

Fleece lining makes them an extra snug fit. You may want to order a half size up if need be.

These are great winter shoes. My feet stay warm in these even in freezing conditions.
If your going to be wearing thick socks, go up a half or full size. They are a little tight with the fleece inside.

Just received these in the mail today. WAY TOO SMALL in width and length. I have other Columbia Women's boots in an 8 that are a little large with normal socks and perfect with hiking socks. I got these in an 8 and they're so tight in width I almost couldn't put them on. My partner is also a women's 8 and had the same issue - width is super tight. I don't think going up in size would help, it's like the added insulation wasn't compensated with added width. Sad to have to return these!
