I just bought a 44mm without trade for $189.99 and did a different order for a 40mm with $30 trade for $129.99
You have to add the watch to the cart and start to check out before seeing the lower price.

Also it should still be within Samsung Pay app not really using Samsung internet (you should still see something about earning cash back at the top of the screen)

Thanks for the quick reply. I found out why. There is a rotating banner on samsung website and onw of of banners is saying that there is additonal 20% off for accessories. If you click it and choose wearable, you can find some watches with additional discounts, but only for few specific color variations. My wife wants a 40mm gold rose and that color gets only $40 instant discount (no additional 20% off). Guess I'm paying $50 more since she doesn't want other colors haha.
Either you get the $50 off for the watch or $50 off the Galaxy buds 2.
