This deal includes the Classic II bundle and the Joetisserie accessory (pricing is usually $169 sale, $200 normal, $250 MSRP). Not the slickest deal in terms of all-time low, but this is about as low as the price gets for a while now without also being YMMV. Some have posted in other threads that certain states will have no tax during checkout.
During November 2020, Amazon had $849 price for Classic 2 bundle.
Personally, the Classic III can be a better purchase, but that hasn't seen a good sale since the early COVID days.
Quick overview of what the Classic III has over the II.
- SloRoller smoking accessory (>$160 sale value; $200 MSRP)
- charcoal basket included (>$50 value); you will likely want to invest in this even if you purchase the II. Stock design on Classic II leaves much to be desired.
- has 3-tier rack design vs the 2-tier on Classic II
- aluminum side shelves vs plastic on Classic II
- galvanized steel cart vs coated cast iron on Classic II
- cart has bottom shelf
Choose Classic II if you don't care about the above. Lowest price for the III was recently $1500 with joetisserie (black friday 2021). Based on previous 3 year slickdeal threads, the lowest this has dropped was $1369.

Better price than Costco considering the Joetisserie thrown in. My wife got me the Classic III from Atlanta Grill Company earlier this year and they were a great company to work with; insanely fast shipping.

Seems like the II is the "sweet spot"
Personally, I got in on the Walmart deal but I'm sure after I "master" it I'll want either a Big Joe or a Classic II lol.
Mostly, I'm just excited to have a Kamado grill at all... I've heard about them for years but just never took the plunge. Now that we have our own place with room in the yard though, it's a good time to get into this haha. I do want to get the Joetisserie at some point.

I've owned my Classic II for over a year and it is hands down my favorite way to cook. Kamado cooking is insanely flexible--hot enough to be a great pizza oven (the ceramic lid absorbs enough heat to help with cooking the top which is not possible with a gas grill), can do low and slow for any kind of BBQ, can do fun rotisserie cooks... I made a rotisserie turkey this Thanksgiving and everyone loved it.
