It's held up to some rough storms, although some corner seams need sealing at this point. This past summer when it stormed I got some drops in through a couple corner seams (mind you it was a pretty massive downpour - so overall not a huge deal)
Tons of room (obviously - since it's one of the main selling points
I haven't seen it this cheap in a while - I had kept an eye on it because some of my friends wanted one after I got it (it was on sale for $98 in 2017, and seemed to cost significantly more since then), so $128 these days seems like a great price!
Edit - to twistrmans point, in rain you generally can't open the windows. If it's very light and not breezy, I haven't had issues, but any real rain/storm you will need them fully closed. The rainfly is maybe 4-6" from the top of the tent, so there is a good chunk of room up there for some airflow, but it would have been nicer if the tent had vents near the ground as well

quick example. Disregard the price as they go for less. The fly here covers the front so that you could unzip and vent and the angle on the windows would allow you to somewhat.
