I have this tent, have used it a half-dozen times for 3-4 days at a time including just this past weekend.
- It's waterproof, been through numerous rainstorms without any leaks. I do use a waterproofing spray basically every time I set it up just to be on the safe side. I also put down a tarp underneath it so it's not directly on the ground - I don't think a footprint is available.
-Very spacious. We fit 3 people with large cots and room to walk around everything. Can do 4 people easy plus all their stuff. The "suitcase" for the tent has wheels to help move it around, but it is pretty heavy.
-Closet is overall moderately useful. Basically just a little area to put things that sticks off the side of the tent. You don't have to put it up if you aren't using it, it isn't structural.
-Setup takes about 20-30 minutes once you've figured out the basics. Definitely easier with 2 people since it's so big.

I would definitely recommend this tent overall!

bigger, but its not an "instant" tent like the other was. this one you have to assemble the poles still. I will never buy one that has poles you have to assemble again after having an instant one.

A "closet" is basically a tiny room attached to a living space. Usually separated by some kind of door, but that is not a requirement. Most people use it to store clothing/shoes, but honestly you can put whatever you want in there. Let your imagination be your guide.

Not sure why this is labeled as a "Fast Pitch" tent as the setup and tear down is quite laborious compared to the instant popup tents. This is still a normal poles and clips tent.

Love this tent, and would recommend.
2 adults and 3 kids fit well, and we definitely make use of the closet for storage.
Having an actual swinging door is awesome with little kids.

Con: it does need a rather large, flat space for the "door" to work well. The spot we stay at isn't level/flat for the entire footprint, and the door when swung shut does not actually cover the door opening very well.

Had one of these and it didn't last a full season. It was great for the first camp out but the door ripped on the second trip.It lasted less than 7 days of total use. Thankfully I was able to return it, and ultimately ended up buying a different tent without the swinging door.

Set up time would probably be 5-10 minutes vs instant tent would probably be a minute.
I recommend the instant tent if you arrive on site at night time . Without visibility these can take forever.

The closet thing would be nice to put a toilet in so you don't have to go out in the woods to take a dump!
