It took me hours to put together and it isn't engineered as well as you would think, but it does work and it is holding up even after my 3 kids chuck the balls forcefully and also my 60 pound kid has gotten on top of it a few times. Luckily he didn't jump - it would most likely break if he did. My kids, wife, and guests all love it.
Pro tip....if you get it, build it as close to the spot it will stay forever. You don't want to try moving it after putting it together and risk it breaking just by moving it. The weight of it combined with its engineered design is not made well enough to carry somewhere.
edit: oh one more thing...., inside the box where the balls enter each hole to score, the rear most inside bottom of the box has a groove. I put an extra 1x4 board on an angle there. the balls kept getting stuck there. put a board there so that the balls don't get stuck and angled it toward the ball return before you put the top of the box on. that way when a ball enters it bounces toward the return instead of getting stuck. now that I did that, I never have balls get trapped inside anymore

I hope this can help out a few people who are on the edge of deciding….
Pros:
- kids absolutely love it. It's about a 3/4 scale version of a full size. My wife was in love when she first saw it built too and claims it's her favorite out of all 10 arcade items.
-the look is super sleek and the appearance of high quality is definitely there.
-the audio is precise during scoring and the scoring itself is accurate to each point.
-the lane is straight as an arrow and made of mdf. Has that hardwood appearance.
-pretty dang durable. My little ones tend to run up and down the lane in it and it holds them both no problem!
Cons:
- if you expect a full size quality before you buy this, you'll be slightly disappointed.
-The backboard/hole insert is flimsy plastic and a disappointment at the price I paid ($449).
-unit comes with 4 balls… cannot find additional ones anywhere for some reason.
-the 2 plastic corner pieces arrived cracked and the company never responded for replacement. Really just a cosmetic eye sore. Walmart issued a $40 refund because of the damage.
- the volume is insanely loud and has no control. You have to use tape to damper it.
-the ball tends to get stuck 1 of every 10 throws. (Easy to get it back, but annoying).
Overall, at the $349 price range and in comparison to comparable units, I'd recommend it if you have been looking for one. With the shipping charge, I'd say wait it out because $420 overall isn't a slick deal. That's $30 less then what I paid last year. It takes up a large area so measure for it! It's the perfect edition to an Arcade1up basement and everyone that has come over was amazed that we have a skeeball in the basement. Few people figured we spent a grand in it, based on the look.
