You will need an extension kit, but I am not sure if that would support 14ft height.

If you only want to add the smart door opener part then for $20 you can get myQ to open and close your door with your home automatization.

i just replaced a 20 year old genie screw drive with this.

definitely a lot quieter. can barely hear the motor and belt. most of the noise is from the door and rollers.

app is pretty basic (shows open/close status and can open/close remotely without having to give out code).
