I believe this is the Regular Olympic Barbell from Titan Fitness that is listed at $139.99 and on sale at their website now for $109.97. This deal is for $79.99 at Walmart. Great Review for a multipurpose Barbell. If you need something that is function and doesn't cost a lot then this might work for you.

Problem was their mfg quality was crap and it was a do not buy as we had better choices.
However, over the years, Titan (unlike most overseas companies) listened to the end-user consumer and has continually improved the quality and the quality control of their products and have been coming out with new products.... All the while, keeping the prices still competitive for their price-point in the market.
TL;DR Titan is a solid buy in my book.

Wish I waited though, because I only got that barbell so my wife could workout with me (without taking turns) and she's since stopped working out. Oh well.
