I've discovered that the q30 has quite the following by audiophiles. There are EQ settings created/shared by experts. The issue I'm seeing is that a firmware update seems to have changed the EQ options to whole numbers. Of course this is not required and just an opinion. There are quite a few built in options so just check them out yourself. So far I like the piano and acoustic EQs.

A: Sorry, the ANC feature can't be used in the wired mode from now on.
