These things do work for your fuel system especially if you use anything lower than Top Tier gasoline. It helped eliminate my friend's car's rough idle, granted it was Techron and not this but still works about the same.

I have a 2010 Honda Accord that always has a check engine light on for the cat readings being out of spec. Every year I use 2 bottles of cat cleaner and reset the car's computer. It will keep the light off for a few days until right after it is inspected (twice, the light came back on on the way back from getting the inspection). I do believe that the RP Cat cleaner really helps clean out the fuel system and helps keep the check engine light off just long enough for my purposes.
