I've had this knife for about 2 years.
It's a good sturdy knife. Definitely much better than what you find at similar price level.

P.S.
This was 30% off during Black Friday week. Blue Apron runs end of year clearance around Christmas. I think it was 35% off before.

Great little petty knife. But I recommend you to have a basic sharpening stone if you don't have one. Japanese steel requires a little maintenance.

I wonder if they will re-stock before the sale ends. Was trying to research the chef knife while I had the knife in my cart. Couldn't find much information on it and decided I would give it a try for under $100. While I went to check out, the item was no longer in my cart and I found that the item was sold out.
