I bought this, at full price, "quality" sight unseen forehand . We just ended up installing it because we plan on selling the place in 2 years and was just easier than returning, plus it's a guest bathroom. Anyways..

It's so so so so cheap, it's laughable. The "sticker" facing that's attached to the particle board is so delicate that you can damage it with your hand just by pressing lightly on corners. Some edges aren't glued that great, so I'm also worried with moisture they'll come apart. Wish I knew how to attach photos, so anyone thinking about this, can really see how bad this is

Remodel and run use, not remodel and live there use..

Great for landlords looking for a cheap bathroom update! I might pick this up and just sit on it until needed

Just an FYI. If you have an entry door on the right side of this cabinet the drawers will hit the casing. You can fur it out with a filler strip, yet just want to give a heads up

Just had one of these installed this week, as part of a guest bathroom remodel. Seems great so far, but be aware the top material is much more like plastic than marble. Looks great, but not sure how it would hold up against a hot curling iron.
The mirror can be installed horizontally, if you can't decide on centering it over the sink or over the entire vanity. It's one of the relatively few cabinet options we found with a toe kick, so you never have to worry about sweeping underneath.

I bought this last winter to swap out the vanity in my master bath.
Pros:
It looks nice
The drawers have ball bearing slides
Maple drawers

Cons
Vanity top is slightly different white than the cabinet
Lots of mdf
One of the drawers wants to stay 1" open
The manufacturer does not offer side surrounds for the countertop (though this modern style isn't really meant to have side surrounds)

I thought the same until I realized with the wide set spacing for the faucet, the cost for that was about $50-100 more expensive than the narrow cheaper faucets. Just something to be aware of.

As is the case with a lot of the cheap stuff you find at Lowes and/or Home Depot. Honestly I feel bad for first time homebuyers and people not experienced with home renovations right now, there are so many shitty flippers out there trying to make a quick buck and capitalizing on people's FOMO and home ownership anxiety.

We went to take a look at a "renovated" Tudor-style house listed for $500,000 and it was a goddamn horror show. Living room looked nice with the open ceiling and exposed beams, but the further we went in the worse things got. Super cheap Lowes cabinetry poorly installed in the kitchen and baths (the screws used for installing the hinges were literally starting to poke into the outside laminate), literal marble mosaic tile on bench and floor of the shower, new cheap tile literally just slapped on over old tile capped off at the top where it comes away from the wall with additional strips of tile, LIVE EXPOSED ELECTRICAL BOXES just left open and exposed to the outside just under a concrete stairway leading down into the yard, original, literal fusebox from the early 1900's, loose wiring just dangling from the floor joists in the laundry room... it's not like this was a super hot area, either. We stayed for the full home tour just to marvel at jankery to see how much of it we could spot.

That house actually went under contract, it's crazy. I feel sorry for the poor people who're going to be dealing with all of that crap falling apart in 3-5 years time... based off how they did things there's no way they waterproofed that bathroom properly, either.

Could also sweeten the deal by getting 2 Paypal Lowes $100 gift cards at $90 each. Then buy the vanity with the 2 gift cards.
