Not sure if it has been resolved or not, but could you please send over your order number or support ticket number to [email protected] or to this account's DMs? I would like to investigate it personally and see whether there is anything I can do and what made you comment that.
I assume your issue has not been resolved, but even if it was – I would like to check how it was handled, as it sounds that we have a lot of room to improve.
