spend the extra 10 so you can actually clean out your shower with a hosed shower head.

Nothing in google? I bought a different Costco brand and while I didn't find the exact model, I just grabbed the piece inside and pulled it out. The one I replaced did have an extra O-ring but I figure if you really wanted to, you could pull that O-ring out and then pull the low flow piece out.
It's stuck in tight and much weaker than my original shower panel top shower head so I figured if I pull the restrictor out it might flow better

I have no experience with the unit posted here but price aside if anyone is looking for something with power I recommend the Waterpik PowerPulse:

I just replaced my existing head with this about a week ago and it works great.
Yes it's more expensive but as an item you're going to be using repeatedly and long term it's worth spending more IMO
Thanks for the tip. Which one did you get? 2.5 GPM, I take it?

Are you sure it's not a screw in type? Given how much better the water pressure is with these things removed, I can't imagine keeping it in after going back.

I picked up this thing and man does it really spray (after removing the restrictor).

No, I got the 1.8 GPM PowerPulse Massage Dual Shower System.
I know the unit in the original post says GPM is the same. Could be just as good for all I know but I have personal experience with the the PowerPulse enough to recommend it and also purchased 2 units as Christmas gifts for family (if you're going shopping in person, Walmart has the Dual Shower units for $45. Lowes and Home Depot didn't have the dual shower unit in store but they do carry WaterPik products)

Okay, quick follow-up question.
Did you take out the restrictor? I imagine that is the only difference anyway. If you didn't, you might be happy and not need the higher flow rate, but it would be nice to know that you (or I) could make it even more powerful. If the price is the same I would probably start with the lower flow to save money if powerful (enough for me). Repped already!

Thanks, but I prefer just getting the head (not with the hose). (TWSS).
I posted back to advise others this can be gotten new open box for $25'ish on ebay. $40 on Costco.

No I didn't do any modifications. If it it helps - when I use the handheld unit and it's being held closer to the body than the mounted unit - the most powerful mode really packs a punch and is probably stronger than most people would prefer (unless you're built like a marshmallow). Personally I go for the 2nd most powerful mode when using the handheld unit
