Use a good quality screwdriver to open the screws. Sometime the strap overlaps the back casing so you have to gently pry the back off. If you're not sure what you're doing, take a picture of the open inside so you know which way the battery is facing and where all the parts are. Some watches have springs in there which are lose, they are there to make contact with the back casing. Don't turn the watch upside down when it's open so they don't fall out. See if you can read the number of the battery. Usually it's something like CR2020 or CR2016 or similar. Note that number. Go on Amazon or eBay and order one of those batteries. Then replace it and close it back up. If still not sure, I bet there are plenty of YouTube videos that show you how to do it, maybe even for your model Casio.

It definitely helps to have a good fitting small screwdriver. You really don't want to strip those small screws.
