Once you go 12 inch, you'll never go back.

Don't bother with the 8 inch or 10 inch fry pans unless you already have a 12.

Google seasoning stainless steel pans. It's different from seasoning cast iron.

Tramatonia is often recommended stainless that's more budget friendly.

I do love my All Clad pieces though.

yes they are, have ordered a large pan from them before. the mark causing it to be second was a slight small scuff on the bottom that i wouldn't have noticed if i wasn't looking for it

It's because you need to learn how to cook with stainless steel… should do more research if you want to cook with ss

Preheat for 3 min. Oil it. Cook under medium heat.

If stuck or burnt, run off with wood spatula or plastic brush. Baking soda works a charm too.

My 2 cents.

Is mc2 the same performance as d3/d3 curated? I read a positive review of the line but it did not compare cooking performance to d3 or s5. Their largest con is matte aluminium exterior is not possible to keep pretty after real use.

You're not heating your pan up enough then. Get pan hot, then put oil, then cook.

Also that site is impossible to use on my phone

Seems like MC2 is more akin to a two ply aluminum/SS. BUT the Aluminium ends up being thicker than the aluminum layer in the d3.
