But for anyone who is younger or more than very casual about lifting, there's a lot of obscure amounts of weights.
Like who the hell wants 8 4.4 pound plates? (I'm assuming this product wasnt designed for the USA with the emphasis on kg)
To me if you're anything other than a frail/old person you'd want no more than 4 5s, then a bunch of 10s depending on how serious you are (or potentially more 25s and 45s depending on who you are and what you do)
But to me this product just has you paying for suboptimal weight. If you're super casual or have other things going on the weights here should be more than adequate. If you're the typical person between the ages of teens and 40s, I just don't see why you'd want such an abundance of . 5kg and 2kg plates.
However, given that Decathlon is a pretty solid 3rd party, I think you're in good hands in this case. You can read more about Decathlon, their 40+ year history, 1709 stores in 60 countries, etc at https://en.wikipedia.or
This looks like a 60" bar and all the bars are clamp style, not screw style, so may not be as secure. Also not a one piece bar, it comes in two pieces.
This isn't the best deal, but it isn't necessarily bad. I would pass, but if it is what you want, don't have anything right now, and you can't find better go for it.
