64 GB of storage instead of 32 GB. (Neither is a lot. If you go digital, a microSD card is in your future.)
Sturdier kickstand
Ethernet in the dock

None of those are groundbreaking. And if you play mainly docked, there is even less benefit.
I personally upgraded because I plan to trade in my regular Switch for $220+. So for $130 I get all the benefits above, plus new hardware that doesn't have 2 years of usage.
