ended up buying from target. no one had great cashback offers. discover is 5% cashback vfrom walmart, amazon, and target, or target card is just 5% discount. moot across the board.

These little colemans put out a lot less BTUs than the full size camp stoves so keep that in mind. They are better for light weight aluminum/stainless pots

Works fine in my experience, but depending on how big the griddle is you might not be able to close the side 'wings' fully and help keep out wind. At least for the big double burner size griddles (a single / pan griddle would be fine).

Cast iron cooks great on this. They're just saying a purpose-built griddle might have a more powerful burner and have more heat. In my experience you don't need a ton of BTUs with cast iron unless you're like searing a steak or tuna. For all the typical burgers, sausages, etc. this thing is perfect.

It still works, just takes longer. And you may have to lay down the wind guards to get a big pot on
