Not quite the $2599 price they had in Nov, but quite competitive TU.
If you don't already have their Military Star CC apply online, and it gives 10% off first purchase and no payments for a year on many TVs. As always no tax & free shipping @the exchange.
I just picked one up. 2699. No tax. Applied for a military Star credit card so I'll get 10% off credited to my credit card account. And no payments for 12 months.
It did ship two days after I placed my order. No telling how long it's going to take to get to me though.
Anyone order from The exchange before and know the transportation time?
It'll be a minute at least in my experience with large bulk items. I ordered the X91J from them back on November 1 and didn't get it until November 20. I ordered this TV from them back on December 1 but due to some logistical issues my delivery date has been pushed back till December 30. Both TVs are/were handle by a company named FragilePak. My X91J arrived with no issues, hopping the same for the A80J.

Just setup my 77" today. Have it in the family room.
Compared to Samsung q80r, the Sony has more reflections. That is to be expected because the Samsung q80r had phenomenal anti-reflective screen. No other TV made to date ever matched it.
But wow, the Sony picture is much much better. Even on just Cinema mode which is a fantastic out of the box image.

This is an amazing TV by the way.
$2429 for a 77-in a80j. Not too shabby.
Thanks, OP. Thanks, @eeagle.

I didn't even open the box yet, if anyone looking for this in the SoCal area I can give it to them.
Edit: Not trying to make money, I can let it go for 2600

Definitely worth the $2,429 I spent.

When you get a new credit card, you get 10% off on the first day that you use it. So I used my TV as my first day purchase.
My credit card statement shows 2429 as the balance due. Not 2699.
