I bought the similar 'War with the Power Master' title of Choose Your Own Adventure game and this is the just about the same thing, diff story.
My misc thoughts pros/cons :
The game is OK but not great. If you loved Choose Your OWn Adventrue then this is worth it for this price for sure I'd say.
Its a fairly easy and fun enough game so might be OK for a couple family/party game nights for people who enjoy the titles.
There is low replay value. Once you've gone through the game in a few paths you've basically done it all.
The story was good.
Theres quite a bit of reading out loud for a board game. Its like reading half a CYOT book
The game mechanics aren't great IMO. You basically have to pick the right choices then get lucky on 2-3 rols of a die.

Bought it at $7.50, I doubt it would go much lower than this deal. Must have made a ton of house of danger, it's been discounted at various amounts for what? A year? Reminds me of those various clearances on Sonar.

How do you think it would be for 4th graders to use play in class?
