I would bear in mind that signing up as a new customer every 1-3 years will save you probably at least $40/mo and potentially much much more. You could buy multiple of these speakers each year with the money you would have saved.
When I signed on, it said I was silver (2 years at my house) but I have been a member of xfinity for 20+ years, but did have a 6 month period without them which just happened to be 13 years ago. I had moved my girlfriends (now wifes) house and she had cable.
Anyway, there is a:
Have a question about Xfinity Rewards?
Button at the bottom.
I pressed that and I did I need help and then My Xfinity Rewards Status is wrong.
It allowed to enter previous addresses. I added the apartment we lived in for 10 years before buying the house. It only got me to Platinum level. I though I was screwed. I went back and did it again.
I added the address of my then girlfriends house and the time there with the same account number, and the previous apartment I had before that with the same account number. Even though I didn't have cable for the 6 months and the account number was different before I moved into my girlfriends house, It took all of it and am now a Diamond and ordered the speaker.
The change is instantaneous so it isn't checking the actual time on the account'
