If you go back to the website, https://gethrblock.com/olive50, at the top there is a support link. Click that, then click new computer installation. Enter your email and Activation code to get a fresh download of the software.

Thanks!! Worked great. I needed Premium & Business. Put Premium in my cart, entered credit card information, clicked Purchase, and was offered Premium & Business for $2.50 more. Total was $29.99 plus tax:

Upgrade Offer Accepted

Last Chance Offer
-$5.00

I was concerned that the purchase for Premium might go through (which isn't what I want), but there's another confirmation after you click Purchase, so no need to worry. If you don't get the upgrade offer for some reason, you can still back out.

Go with the H&R block deluxe version. Works great, not too pricey with this deal
