Deal History

Low input lag (5ms) and 240hz capable at 1080p according to Projector Central. Keep in mind that 4k is capped at 60 and input lag increases with 4k and HDR enabled.
3D support was promised via software update in marketing in China, but has never surfaced. I'm one of the last people on the planet that cares about 3D, anyway.
In one, it does have 30% reward back shown on the check out page, which is super sweet and brings the price down to $560 after reward. Auto keystone, even sweeter. Happy, happy...

I had ViewSonic big monitors before and I was not impressed with the quality. I am hoping their projector is reliable. I was struggling between BenQ and Epson projectors but the price for 4K and 30% reward back are just too sexy to pass. Does anybody know if ViewSonic projector is good and reliable in long term (5 years)? I only know they are big in monitors. Thanks.
Sounds like projectors are excluded from rewards.

I will not buy a new projector without 3D support.
Not really 4k. The use switch pixel shifting. On lower-priced 4k projectors you won't get a good 4k picture. Better to go with a higher-priced 4k or a higher-priced 1080p projector. I had it but returned it and went with the BenQ HT2050A. The BenQ HT2050A is much brighter and has a 3-year Warranty.

Yeah, knew the pixel shifting thing before purchase. If the memory servers me right, HT2050A has only 2200 lumens, I am surprised that one is brighter than this one with 3200 lumens unless Viewsonic lied about it.

I just want to add that I did receive $240 back which I have used on a new HP laptop purchase. Literally I purchased a brand new brand name 4K projector for ($799-$240)= $559 with vertical and horizontal keystone and 3200 lumens. I have a very good Optoma 1080p projector already and so always wanted a upgrade for another room. I am happy with the deal. Happy New Year!
