Yes. As long as that purchase is out of pocket and not with previous rewards.

I assume one cannot use the Happy Dining Checkcake Factory GC to pay for Cheesecake factory GC.

You MIGHT be able to. They run it as a visa/mc and we do this at D&B with the Happy Cards (it has to be a multi Happy PHYSICAL card for best results and the new happy cards where you select the 1 store online don't work).

But then what will you use the stamps on? Unless you are running an ecommerce business, most people mail at most one or two items a year nowadays.

Can you return them to USPS for cash?
