The one linked here retails for $15/$16 at various merchants, wondering if the one posted by the OP does anything different that the retail is much higher.
**EDIT** Never mind, looks like this one is 'smart' and uses an app, the other one does not have smart features. I think you just squeeze the other one to play sound and light up.
Also, looks like in 2014 there was a call to have these recalled due to smoke coming from the battery compartment, not sure they ever did after some (very quick) Googling. Hoping these newer ones don't have this issue.

I think it's the smart feature in the op deal. Can control with your phone
I'm curious if buying this 4a 1yo.. will it require mom 2have 2open her phone & adjust things? I just don't think my friend will DL & open an app. instead she would much rather just give her 1yo a cute toys that makes noise & will occupy her mind.

It's really use to use. All you have to do is press the tummy to make it work. The music lasts long enough that most kiddos are asleep before it gets quiet. I think the app part is needlessly complicated. (BTW, I think I would have died of sleep deprivation without this thing when my daughter was a baby!)
