The Frito-Lay Never Gonna Give It Up Promotion ("Promotion") begins at 12:00:00 PM Central Time ("CT") on December 27, 2021 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on February 27, 2022 ("Promotion Period"). The promotion contains a contest of skill ("Contest").
ELIGIBILITY: The Promotion is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, who are seventeen (17) years of age or older at the time of Promotion registration.
HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To participate, go to
www.NeverGonnaGiveItUp.com (the "Website") during the Promotion Period to gain access to the Contest entry form, if you have not done so previously. Completely enter your information on the entry form (required fields include Full Name, Email Address, Zip Code and Birth Date) with the true and correct information. Upon completion of contest entry form, or if you are a returning member to the contest, you will then be required to enter a written submission (500 characters or less) showcasing what you're never going to give up in 2022 for a chance to win one thousand dollars ($1,000.00 USD.) Users will have the option to upload a video with their written submission if preferred. The inclusion of a video does not increase the chance of winning. Acceptable video file formats are MPG, MP4, MOV, WMV, AVI, with a max file size of 500MB, and a max length of 30 seconds. Limit of three (3) Entries per person, per email address, for the duration of the Promotion Period.
WEEKLY JUDGING: The Promotion will consist of nine (9) individual Weekly Judging Periods (each a "Weekly Judging Period"). Each Weekly Judging Period will begin at a specified time (each a "Weekly Judging Period Start Time") and will end at a specified time (each a "Weekly Judging Period End Time"). Entries must be received by the Weekly Entry Period Received Time (each a "Weekly Judging Period Received Time") to be eligible for the corresponding Judging Period, as detailed in the chart below. All eligible non-winning entries from each Weekly Judging Period will be rolled into the next Weekly Judging Period.

The judging panel, selected by the Sponsor, will score each Entry up to the maximum amount of points allowed. Judging will be based on the following criteria:
- Clearly describes something or someone that the entrant will never want to give up in 2022 and why they'll never want to give it up (50%)
- Clearly describes something or someone that has positive and/or meaningful attributes (20%)
- Clearly demonstrates credibility and authenticity (15%)
- Clearly displays an upbeat and lighthearted tone (15%)
PRIZES/PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: A total of Eighteen (18) Grand Prizes will be awarded during the Contest, two (2) winners per Weekly Judging Period, one (1) prize per winner, each consisting of:
- One (1) One Thousand Dollar ($1,000.00 USD) Check
The total value of each Grand Prize is One Thousand Dollars ($1,000 USD.)
The total value of all Grand Prizes is Eighteen Thousand Dollars ($18,000 USD.)
PRIZE LIMITATIONS: Limit of one (1) prize per person/per household.
