the battery doorbell is a pile. it constantly runs out of battery even plugged into a 24v transformer (as recommended by support). only way it works is if you nerf the settings so you only get a basic video door bell. Any of the AI or detection mechanisms cause this doorbell is fail miserably after 4 days.
