Width, ordered 4E they are more like 3E (hope after few uses they should be OK)
Tread depth is lower (aka wont last long) this also means you have less grip if you happen to step on slush.

I wouldn't be so sure that they will wear out quickly just due to the tread depth as the rubber compound is also a factor, and testing by at least on running shoe dedicated site said they were surprisingly durable.
