How is this better than e-scooter generally speaking?

Fun! Hovering is a lot more fun. More interesting/gets more attention. One time I had a cop stopped me on the street (when these were still illegal in NYC. The law changed last year). I thought I was in trouble but he just wanted to know where I bought it. And one morning on my way to work, passed by a granny who can barely walk and she said "cool ride". That made my day.

And from a practical (or maybe not so practical) standpoint, I can hover from my apartment all the way into my office, 4 miles without ever touching the ground. You can get through elevators, doors anywhere wheelchair accessible without getting off. I can stand on it and talk to people, buy from street vendors. An extremely fun and practical urban commuter.

And the following feature. No need to hold it when you feel like walking. And people are always amazed by that.
