I bought a $100 Verizon gift card @ verizon.com and I received the Amex email confirming the use of the offer shortly after the purchase.

I have the offer but it takes you to the offer page that consists of expensive phones and tablets and that's all….

Correct me if I am wrong, but it seems like there aren't any eligible items that are anywhere close to $75.

Edit: I purchased a set of headphones not on the promo page and the $75 back posted to my AMEX.

Have three cards with the offer so ordered three $75 GCs and received Amex offer confirmation immediately. One of the best slickdeals ever.

Blue tooth speakers? Air tags? Fit bits? Even routers? Users have been getting the verification emails for any sort of purchases from the Verizon store. Verizon plan is not required.

Thank you for the suggestions. Yes, I can probably find something of use. Or I can sell the gift card. $75 seems to bring in $56 at cardcash. A free $56 so no complaints.
