I bought a $100 Verizon gift card @ verizon.com and I received the Amex email confirming the use of the offer shortly after the purchase.

I have the offer but it takes you to the offer page that consists of expensive phones and tablets and that's all….

Correct me if I am wrong, but it seems like there aren't any eligible items that are anywhere close to $75.

Edit: I purchased a set of headphones not on the promo page and the $75 back posted to my AMEX.

Confirming that I was able to purchase a gift card on Verizon for $75. I got the gift card in 2 days. I just used it to place an order and the funds showed up just fine on the card. I was able to purchase an Iphone pro case otterbox case, and two screen protectors:

There is a deal where if you order 3 accessories you get 30% off all three items (unfortunately an apple magsafe adapter doesn't qualify) so I added these cheap Verizon tempered glass that were $19 each. If you add 4 items I think the discount is 40%

for fios bill, if you dont pay with debit or vz gc, the ycharge you $10 extra each month.
Credit for GC something don't work. You don't loose autopay right away. If you only paying $75 once or twice in a month and pay with debit next time most likely you are going to keep the auto pay credit.

You can use "at least" 2 cards. When I was checking out it allowed 2 gift card entries. And then you can pay the rest off with a credit card. Not sure about 3 though.
