Being non foldable is a + , makes it stiffer and sturdier. I much prefer it to a folding A5. Besides, the board is wider and more comfortable.
note on the price: best so far if memory serves me, the cheapest I got was $39. TY OP!
It doesn't fold, but that hasn't been a real issue, it fits in our car trunk. Good price.

I think it is fine to ride it as an adult. It seems tall enough. Probably depends on the person. I'm 5'10". You can always return it to Walmart if it ends up not being tall enough for you.
