You should probably call to cancel and get your money back. I got a shipping notification on 12/18 but no movement according to the tracking number. After three calls to HD and being asked to wait and then the rep called the vendor and they suggested it was a fedex issue. The final call, the HD rep called the vendor again and they said it is out of stock and won't ever ship.

Some sketchiness going on with Everbilt. Seems like they created shipping labels and marked as shipped without actually ever having the product.
