I guess I wasted $1 on this deal, as I have no use for this until May. It looks like the Boost Mobile rep gave some very wrong info at the start of this thread.

At least for me, the checkout procedure seems to have been fixed. No problem with my email, no problem with my address, no problem with payment, and no $50 activation charge indicated in the emailed receipt.
We ship these SIM cards using UPS ground. Using this shipping method, you should expect them to arrive within 3-7 business days. You can not pick these SIM cards up in store as these deals are available online only.
Kept getting an error at first no matter what broswer I used. Ended up trying again on a different laptop altogether and it worked without a problem.
