I guess I wasted $1 on this deal, as I have no use for this until May. It looks like the Boost Mobile rep gave some very wrong info at the start of this thread.

Taxes are pretty high in GA. Wireless 911 surcharge is $1.50. Not sure how other providers are able to roll that into their price for e.g. Tello with $5
I didn't even receive the SIM card yet. That's some service.
PS: they even added some iPhone 8 to my account. Nice.

Make sure to delete the CC you have used while buying this deal and just want to try out but planning to keep it for longer.
They setup as auto pay automatically and I had to delete the method by creating/login into account, into payment settings.
