This is a TB 3 dock, not a USB C dock. A lot of misinformation here.
Edit 2: Found some photos of the box which lists full specs (see attached)
Edit:
We have the full video-out specs courtesy of CrispyBacon further in the comments: https://slickdeals.net/f/15504160-elgato-thunderbolt-3-docking-station-costco-120?p=152187640
I'm still wary of quality (reviews not great, reports of duds, plus being a discontinued product). Does anyone know if Costco return period is just 90 days on this like computers? I don't see this product class explicitly excluded in policy. Worth buying if Costco would offer returns further down the road in case of issues.
Old comment:
60Hz 4k out on DisplayPort (v1.2)
Not sure on display-out spec for additional TB3 outputs, will update when find it (only resolution given in marketing - 5k), comments below say they'll do 4k60Hz as well.

Pretty much useless if your laptop have most recent config.
If you need Gigabit/HDMI 2.0/SD card and 95w PD charging passthrough, check this deal: https://slickdeals.net/f/15493546-ugreen-usb-c-hub-with-4k-60hz-hdmi-and-gigabit-ethernet-27-99-ugreen-usb-c-hub-hdmi-adapter-4k-60hz-16-89-more-free-shipping-w-prime-or-25-16-87?src=SiteSear
USB-C hub has been better since 2020 and this small cheap hub is better all around than this old TB3 dock for most people

Original:
Yes and no: a lot of those USB C-only hubs don't advertise actual bandwidth (usually limited to 10Gbps for whole dongle on one port). That's some serious compression for video, especially if other devices are sharing bandwidth (1Gbps Ethernet, 5Gbps USB3). HDMI 2.0 spec for 4k60Hz is 18Gbps... so video quality at 4K will generally suck on these non-TB hubs, even if it is 60Hz.

DisplayPort is v1.2 only
2 additional TB3 ports are HDMI 1.4b capable (with adapters)
Not so bueno
